Jamie Fishkin
Jamie Fishkin founded JEM Telecommunications, Inc. in 1998.
Ms. Fishkin has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications
industry. She has held senior sales and management positions
at both AT&T and MCI. Over the last eight years, Jamie
has built JEM Tel into a professional telecommunication services
and consulting firm. Ms. Fishkin holds a BS in Business Administration
from Syracuse University and holds an MBA in Telecommunications
from Fordham University.
Michael Zufall
Mike Zufall joined JEM Telecommunications, Inc in 2006 and
has more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunications
industry. Mr. Zufall has held numerous senior management positions
including Vice President of Commercial Sales at IDB Worldcom,
Division President for the Northeast US at Frontier Communications
and Vice President of National Accounts at Winstar. Additionally,
he has held management positions at AT&T, MCI and Sprint
during his career. His experience includes domestic and international
assignments in sales, marketing and operations. Mr. Zufall
earned an MBA in Management from Fordham University and a
BBA in International Trade from Hofstra University. He is
also a U.S. Navy Aviation Vietnam combat veteran.
Jackie Zambito
Jackie Zambito began her career at New York Telephone in 1986
and she has also worked at both AT&T and Lucent. Her experiences
include billing resolution as well as providing financial
services and advice to her clients. In 2000, Ms. Zambito joined
JEM Telecommunications, Inc. as a Client Support Manager.
Her responsibilities include network implementation, customer
care and billing resolution. Ms. Zambito's ability to effectively
coordinate the delivery of services and to assist in resolving
post sale issues is a key factor in JEM Tel's success in maintaining
and growing its client base of business.
Nicole Mastellone
Nicole Mastellone has over ten years experience in the telecommunications
industry. She has held various sales, support and management
positions at AT&T, Winstar and Broadwing. Most recently,
she was Regional Service Manager for the Enterprise Division
of Broadwing. In 2006, Nicole joined the JEM Telecommunications,
Inc. team. Ms. Mastellone holds a B.A. in Psychology with
a minor in Business from The State University of New York
at Oswego.
Jeffrey Aber
Jeff Aber is the JEM Telecommunications, Inc. corporate counsel
and legal advisor. Jeff has over twenty years of legal experience
both as a general counsel as well as in private practice.
Jeff's specialization is in representing companies in the
telecom, technology and media & entertainment industries.
He has received his J.D. from Seton Hall University and his
B.S. and B.M from Syracuse University. He is a member of the
bars of New York, New Jersey and District of Columbia.
